In order to better assist in this regard, American Water Technique conducts a quarterly customer satisfaction survey. When our customer completes this survey and returns to us, the answers they relay on the form will enable us to review our strengths and any weaknesses. With their input, we will immediately initiate corrective actions helpful to both our customer(s) and to American Water Technique. Their responses are entered into a database for future comparison
